Manifesto - English Version

I am the husband of Vicki Moore.

In 1988 I came to Coria and was horrified by what I saw: a bull tortured for two hours and then killed.

I told Vicki and showed her the photographs. She came to Coria a number of times, to record the cruelties on video and expose them to the world.

On the 25th of June 1995 whilst filming on these streets Vicki, was attacked by the poor bull Argentino, who had been tortured for a long time.

The villagers rushed her to hospital where she underwent a seven hour operation.

Nevertheless this did not stop the slaughter.

As they operated on Vicki another bull had to undergo the same torture and the death.

Much is done in the name of culture and tradition, but culture and tradition can never justify the torture and killing of animals.

If Vicki was alive she would be with us today, but I am sure her spirit is with us.
